Moore Township: Budget approval meeting is set

Moore Township Board of Supervisors will meet noon Dec. 27 in a special meeting to approve the final 2025 budget at the municipal building, 2491 Community Drive. The next regular meeting will be held 6 p.m. Jan. 7, 2025.

Chapman Borough’s next monthly meeting is 7 p.m. Jan. 6, 2025, in the municipal building, 1400 Main St., Bath.

The Community Days committee seeks additional members. The committee is planning the 2025 Moore Township Community Days.

Moore Township is seeking to fill the following vacancies — historical commission: one person for a five-year term; and Americans with Disabilities Act committee: three people with a one-year term. Contact the township office if interested.

The township recreation committee is providing an opportunity to purchase a brick for the veterans memorial at the recreation center.

Bingo is played 7 p.m. Tuesdays at Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Department, 2718 Mountain View Drive. Doors open 5 p.m.

Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, 696 Johnson Road, hosts a Scout Troop 74 meeting 6:30 p.m. every Wednesday in the social hall. Scouts is for boys and girls 10 years old and up.
