Final sale of year tops $10K

The final Bethlehem Area Public Library book sale of 2024 produced an additional $10,167 in earnings according to book sale coordinator Laurel Stone, which brought the final amount earned in 2024 to $56,766, all of which directly benefits the library. Stone said that first editions sold well and noted that starting in 2025 all adult hard cover fiction will cost $2 per book. The first book sale in 2025 is scheduled for Jan. 29 and Feb. 1.
