Storytime yoga for ages 2-5 is planned for 10 a.m. Dec. 12 at Whitehall Township Public Library. Registration is required.

The last Death Cafe meeting of the year is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16. A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes; it is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

The group meets the third Monday of the month.

The library is accepting Toys for Tots donations through Dec. 16. Please donate new, unopened toys.

The library hosted a series of family holiday events, including stories, activities and crafts, 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays. The next one features Kwanzaa Dec. 18.

The library is generally open 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, but we’ll have a few holiday exceptions this season.

We’ll close 3:30 p.m. Dec. 23, and we’ll be closed all day Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

The library has a number of clubs that meet monthly.

The book club for adults meets 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. Come discuss what you’re currently reading.

The coloring club for adults meets 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays and 5:30-7:30 p.m. the first Tuesday.

The Good Yarn group meets for knitting, crocheting and other needle crafts 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month.

Teens interested in volunteering can join the Teen Advisory Board. Meetings are 1:30 p.m. one Saturday a month. Check our calendar for dates.
