The municipal building is decorated festively for the holidays, as two Christmas trees are aglow during the event. Other lighted decorations, such as these two deer, add to the festive Christmas cheer.
Performing a selection of Christmas songs, the Whitehall High School Chorale provides musical entertainment for the ceremony. The chorale is under the direction of WHS music teacher Cara Craft.
It’s beginning to look and feel a lot like Christmas in Whitehall Township. Kaitlyn Hibbler and her son Jaxon Hibbler, of Whitehall, enjoy the decor inside the lobby of the municipal building while waiting for the official tree lighting outside.
