Sheckler Elementary School is celebrating the holidays with special dress-up days Dec. 16- 20.

• Dec. 16: Wear any holiday accessory.

• Dec. 17: Dress for a winter wonderland.

• Dec. 18: Celebrate Grinch day.

• Dec. 19: Wear an ugly sweater.

• Dec. 20: Don holiday pajamas.

Dec. 20 is an early dismissal day. Students will be dismissed noon.

There will be no school Dec. 23-Jan. 3, 2025, for winter break.

Classes will resume Jan. 6, 2025.

Bus drivers are needed. Catasauqua Area School District offers training opportunities for individuals interested in obtaining their commercial driver’s license. A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is needed, and clearances are required.

The starting pay is $22.54 per hour.
