Whitehall-Coplay Middle School teacher Mr. Witcher shows students Arvin Jiang, Gabriella Ghasb, Christian Salloum and Peyton Rivera the proper way to remove lettuce from the Fork Farms Flex Farm indoor hydroponic station, located in the school library, Oct. 7. Over the summer, Whitehall-Coplay School District purchased farm systems, which are housed in Zephyr Elementary School and WCMS. The systems come with a curriculum used in both buildings to teach students about sustainability.
