Geraldine M. Krautsack, 85, of Whitehall, died Dec. 1, 2024, at home. She was the wife of the late Albert F. Krautsack for 64 years.

She was the daughter of the late Charles and Hilda (Fiertag) Failer of Hokendauqua, previously North Coplay.

She graduated from Whitehall High School in 1957, where she was active in the Art Club, Journalism Club and girls chorus.

She worked at Sears and Roebuck. She was well known for her talents and work as an artist.

She is survived by a daughter and caregiver, Dulci J.; two sons, Mark and wife Patty and Alan and partner Cassie; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Patricia Rothdeutsch and husband Joseph and Cassandra Logio.
