Catty Seniors Plus will be holding its Christmas party 1 p.m. Dec. 18 at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua. Doors open noon.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., is once again holding its Warm Up Wednesdays. Every Wednesday through March, there will be free soup 4-6 p.m. for the church family and larger community, combined with weekly game, karaoke and puzzle nights 6-8 p.m.

Come out for a very enjoyable evening.

Holy Trinity would like to let the congregation know they can give donations to the pastor’s discretionary fund at any time. This fund is used to give temporary financial assistance to people of the congregation and community when a sudden need arises.

Send contributions to the church or place them in the offering plate Sunday mornings. Mark your checks or envelopes “pastor’s discretionary fund.”

Holy Trinity will be having a Christmas Eve worship service Dec. 24. First is the light literature 4 p.m., and there will be a candlelight and communion service starting 7 p.m.
