Celebrate the season at the Kreidersville Covered Bridge Christmas tree lighting, planned for 4:30-5:30 p.m. Dec. 14 at 100 Covered Bridge Road.
Enjoy hot chocolate, homemade baked goods, Christmas carols, a visit from Santa and an old-fashioned bonfire.
The rain date is set for Dec. 15.

Governor Wolf Historical Society’s Christmas concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Dec. 15 on the site grounds, 6600 Jacksonville Road. This is its annual candlelight concert that takes place in the Wolf Academy.
Music will be provided by Lehigh Valley group Piper’s Request, which will entertain attendees with a mix of Celtic and seasonal favorites.

Pennsylvania State Police will hold a scam prevention presentation 10 a.m. Dec. 19 at the East Allen Township Municipal Building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd.
Criminals attempt to deceive individuals for financial gain with scams every day. This presentation will show you how to protect yourself and loved ones against scams. Topics will include telephone, banking and tax scams and much more.
Light refreshments will be available.
