Ralph “Rusty” S. Ebert, 79, of Northampton, died Nov. 28, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Joan D. (Wimmer) Ebert.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Josephine A. (Rechtor) Ebert.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was employed as a truck driver for Tommy Burke Provisions, Catasauqua, for 25 years before retiring. Earlier, he managed the former Lehigh Valley Food Distributors.
He was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Kevin W. with Kelly of New Tripoli, Kyle S. with Karen of Walnutport and Korey A. with Amy of Walnutport; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie of Perkasie; two brothers, John of Lehigh Township and Ronald with Sue of Gilbertsville; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Keith R.
There will be a calling time 9:30-10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service 10:30 a.m. Dec. 5, at the funeral home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
