The annual Lehigh Township Christmas tree lighting will be held 5-7 p.m. Dec. 7 at Bryfogle Memorial Park, 4610 Aspen Drive.

Enjoy games, activities, a movie, refreshments, songs by Lehigh Township Chorus and s’mores. Don’t miss the arrival of Santa!

For the second consecutive year, Oplinger-Hower American Legion Post 899 will be participating in Wreaths Across America to remember and honor the service and sacrifice of thousands of past and present U.S. military service members during wreath- laying ceremonies this holiday season.

The Legion will place fresh-cut balsam wreaths on veterans’ grave sites Dec. 14, starting noon, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church Cemetery, 4112 W. Mountain View Drive, Berlinsville, and then St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Indianland, Cemetery. The public is invited.
