Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7293, 5209 Springmill Road, is planning to hold concerts by Mike Sherer Dec. 5, Whiskey Mansion Dec. 6 and the Uncle Smiley duo Dec. 13. All concerts begin 7 p.m.

The members’ Christmas party will take place 6-11 p.m. Dec. 20 and includes a potluck dinner.

The Seniors in Action group of Holy Trinity Catholic Church will gather at Kornfeind’s Market, 2228 Old Post Road, Coplay, for a Christmas luncheon 12:30 p.m. Dec. 16.

The Shepherd of the Hills youth group is running a clothing drive. Drop off your items in the enclosed porch in the rear of the church.

Egypt Fire Company is accepting applications for volunteer firefighters from men and women ages 14 and older. Training and equipment are provided.
