Northampton Area Middle School PTA’s family fun night will be held 6-8 p.m. Dec. 6 in the school cafeteria. It’s open to all NAMS students and their siblings. Parents/guardians must be present.

Bring your favorite board game, enjoy hot cocoa and snacks and, of course, watch the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

Winter concerts are here! Come kick off the season with some festive performances.

NAMS’ orchestra and Naturals students perform 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 5 in the auditorium; NAMS and Northampton Area High School students will hold their band concert 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 13 in the NAHS auditorium; and NAMS’ chorus and show choir members will perform their concert 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in the auditorium.

• Dec. 6: Show your Moore colors and school apparel.

• Dec. 13: Wear your appropriate pajamas for the theme “Long Winter’s Nap.”

• Dec. 16: Dress in your comfiest clothes for the theme “Comfort and Joy.”

• Dec. 17: Santa versus the Grinch — wear red or green to see which color wins!

• Dec. 18: Dress like a reindeer.

• Dec. 19: Wear all white for the theme “Winter Wonderland.”

• Dec. 20: It’s “Polar Express Day” — don your Christmas pajamas.
