Reminder: The middle of the second marking period at Catasauqua Middle School is Dec. 6.

CMS’ winter band and chorus concert is set for 7 p.m. Dec. 10 in the school auditorium. Join the band, wind ensemble and chorus for a fun night of music!

Field trips are planned for CMS students: sixth-graders will go to Roxy Theatre, 2004 Main St., Northampton, Dec. 11, and fifth-graders are going to Pennsylvania Youth Theatre, 25 W. Third St., Bethlehem, Dec. 12.

A seventh-grade class meeting is scheduled for Dec. 13, and the sixth-grade class will meet Dec. 16. Students will be discussing bullying.

Mark your calendar for these important dates for the upcoming holiday break. There will be an early dismissal — 11 a.m. for CMS students — Dec. 20. Catasauqua Area School District will be closed Dec. 23-Jan. 3, 2025.
