Pennsylvania Department of Transportation vehicle safety and emissions stickers, valued at $5,505, were removed from a package before its delivery to a vehicle inspection station in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported June 25, according to authorities.
