A 51-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 27 with allegedly driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic after a traffic stop on Broadway and Delaware Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
A 28-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Nov. 2 with allegedly driving under the influence and multiple traffic offenses after a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
A 39-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Nov. 8 with allegedly driving under the influence and general lighting requirements after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
A 41-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Nov. 9 with allegedly driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
Simple possession
A 29-year-old male, with no current address, was charged Oct. 28 with alleged simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.
Disorderly conduct
A 36-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was charged Nov. 11 with alleged disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1500 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
Criminal mischief
A portable toilet was damaged after a vehicle struck it multiple times and it was tipped over by several people at Franko Farm Park, Black River Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 7 and a damage estimate is pending, according to authorities.
Someone struck and damaged the driver’s side mirror of a vehicle in the 1000 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 7.
Theft
A resident of the 1400 block of Seidersville Road learned a check made out to his company was removed and cashed, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 8.
Retail theft
Multiple video games and miscellaneous items, with a total value of $559.93, were removed from office supply retailer Staples, South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 8.
School justice program
A 14-year-old female, of Allentown, was referred to the school justice program Oct. 29 for allegedly possessing a vaping device inside Salisbury Township Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, according to Salisbury police.
