Quentin Isom and Emilio Benalcazar perform the bugle call taps to close the program. Benalcazar, who is not pictured, played from the rear of the auditorium. The bugle call traditionally signals lights out and is the last bugle call of the day. The piece often is played at military memorial services and funerals.
