Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

OCT. 23

A suspicious vehicle at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., was reported.

Disturbances were investigated in the unit block of West Race Street and twice at the same residence in the 100 block of Wood Street.

A ticket was issued for a parking violation at Front and Strawberry streets.

At Front and Pine streets, a reportable motor vehicle accident took place.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Church Street.

A driver was cited and the plate seized during a vehicle stop at South Front and Poplar streets.

OCT. 24

Police assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Front Street.

A dog reported lost in the 900 block of Race Street was later located, police said.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and an unwanted person in the 600 block of Fourth Street.

At Fifth and Pine streets, a parking complaint was addressed.

A traffic stop was conducted at St. John and Walnut streets.

OCT. 25

A temporary protection-from-abuse order was granted at Catasauqua Area School District, 251 N. 14th St.

A report of disorderly conduct at Second and Pine streets was investigated.

An animal complaint — a dog barking — in the 700 block of Second Street had police at the scene.

OCT. 26

A domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Front Street was investigated.

Animal complaints were addressed in the 700 block of Second Street, for a dog missing, and at Howertown Road and Tunnel Alley, for an animal found.

A report of criminal mischief in the 600 block of Poplar Street had police at the scene.

A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident occurred in the unit block of Lehigh Street.

Traffic stops were conducted at Second and Bridge streets and at Front and Pine streets.

An unwanted person at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., was reported.

OCT. 27

A protection-from-abuse report was investigated in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

An animal complaint in the 700 block of Poplar Street was investigated.

OCT. 28

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police at Fourth and Arch streets and Coplay police at North Front and North streets, Whitehall.

A disturbance in the 400 block of Walnut Street was investigated.

In the 200 block of Bridge Street, a noise complaint had police at the scene.

OCT. 29

A driver was cited and the vehicle towed during a traffic violation in the 200 block of Lehigh Street.

A report of suspicious activity at South Front and High streets was investigated.

A person missing from the 300 block of Bridge Street was reported.

Officers conducted welfare checks in the 500 block of Poplar Street and the 1000 block of Milton Street, North Catasauqua.

A reported juvenile missing from the unit block of Stonewood Place had police investigating.

Police responded to a juvenile complaint in the 700 block of Third Street.

OCT. 30

A 38-year-old woman, of Clarks Summit, was arrested for alleged DUI.

No arrests were made during a reported domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Canal Street.

OCT. 31

Officers responded to two disturbance reports at the same residence in the 200 block of High Street.

Harassment complaints in the 200 block of High Street and the 400 block of Howertown Road were investigated.

Two animal complaints were addressed at the same residence in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

NOV. 1

A driver was cited and the vehicle towed for a traffic violation in the 500 block of Front Street.

At Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St., property damage took place.

Juveniles fighting at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, were reported.

A theft in the 100 block of Front Street was reported.

Officers assisted a citizen at Third and Strawberry streets.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of Church Street.
