Allen/East Allen townships: Santa breakfast set for Dec. 7
Zion’s Stone United Church of Christ, 51 Church Road, Kreidersville, is hosting a breakfast with Santa 9-10 a.m. Dec. 7. The free breakfast is followed by a visit and story with Santa from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville, will hold its annual homemade Christmas cookie bake sale and yard sale 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 7. The kitchen will be serving food and drinks.

Governor Wolf Historical Society’s 42nd edition of its famous Christmas house tour will be held Dec. 7. Owners of nine outstanding and unique homes will open their doors to welcome visitors.
The theme this year is “Olde Saint Nick.” Immerse yourself in the spirit of the season and bring back memories of Christmas as you look for the variety of depictions of the jolly fellow.
Florists and garden clubs will again provide Christmas decorations.
Saturday tour ticket booklets went on sale Nov. 16 at Miller Supply ACE Hardware, Route 329 and Savage Road, Northampton; Bath Drug Pharmacy, 310 S. Walnut St.; S. Seem Antiques & Artisans, 100 S. Chestnut St., Bath; Snow Goose Gallery, 470 Main St., Bethlehem; and Mycalyn Florals, 30 S. Main St., Nazareth. Tickets are $5 cheaper when purchased in advance.

East Allen Township will be hosting Christmas in the Park 4-7 p.m. Dec. 7 at Bicentennial Park West, 5351 Park West Lane. There will be a deejay, tree lighting, George the magician and pictures with Santa.

GWHS’ Christmas concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Dec. 15 on the site grounds, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township. This is its annual candlelight concert that takes place in the beautiful Wolf Academy.
Music will be provided by the popular Lehigh Valley group Piper’s Request, which will entertain attendees with a lively mix of Celtic and seasonal favorites.

Pennsylvania State Police will hold a scam prevention presentation 10 a.m. Dec. 19 at the East Allen Township Municipal Building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd.
Criminals attempt to deceive individuals for financial gain with scams every day. This presentation will show you how to protect yourself and loved ones against scams. Topics will include telephone scams, banking scams, tax scams and much more.
Light refreshments will be available.
