Help needed in thefts from vehicles Nov. 17

Authorities are asking for help in their investigation of thefts from motor vehicles in the borough of Bath, Northampton County, Nov. 17.

According to a news release, at about 7:14 a.m. state troopers were called to the 100 block of Spy Glass Hill Road, Bath, for a stolen 2016 Chevrolet Cruze passenger car.

“Upon investigating the stolen vehicle, which was later recovered a short distance from the residence, it was determined other vehicles throughout Spy Glass Road and in an apartment complex on Walnut Street were entered and items were stolen from the vehicles while other vehicles did not have anything taken,” the news release continued.

According to authorities, nine vehicles were illegally entered into and one vehicle was stolen and later recovered.
