Simple assault

A 16-year-old female, of Macungie, was charged Oct. 30 with alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in an earlier incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Brenda Lee Adam, 63, of Macungie, was arrested Oct. 5 in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving, according to Emmaus police.

Dominic Michael Santangelo, 25, of Hamburg, was charged Oct. 25 with allegedly driving under the influence, simple possession, small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and additional charges in an incident July 6 in the area of West Berger and Liberty streets, according to Emmaus police.

Keith Brian Jaibur, 34, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 9 in the area of South 10th Street and Broad Street for allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and additional motor vehicle violations, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

David M. Gubitosi Jr., 40, of Coopersburg, was arrested Oct. 21 for alleged retail theft at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Jena Leigh Lerch, 44, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 16 for alleged retail theft after an incident at a business in the 200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Emmaus police.

A 40-year-old person, of Coopersburg, was charged with alleged retail theft and receiving stolen property after an incident at a business in the 700 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Small amount of marijuana

Juelz Colon, 18, of Easton, was arrested Oct. 13 for allegedly having a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and other motor vehicle violations after an incident in the 400 block State Avenue, according to Emmaus police.

Theft of services

Jessica A. Ciliberto, 44, of Alburtis, was arrested Oct. 12 for alleged theft of services after an incident in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Public drunkenness

A 35-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 1 for alleged public drunkenness after an incident in the 400 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Use of tobacco in schools prohibited

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited Oct. 11 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 15-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited Oct. 17 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited Oct. 21 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited Oct. 22 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, was cited Oct. 24 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Disorderly conduct

A 14-year-old female, of Emmaus, was cited Oct. 25 for alleged disorderly conduct at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 12-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited Oct. 29 for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft

A package, valued at $512, was removed from a residence in the 900 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 25.

Criminal mischief

A vehicle was vandalized in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 5 and damage was estimated at $1,500.

A tire, valued at $150, was vandalized on a vehicle in the 600 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 25.

A downspout, valued at $100, was damaged at a residence in the 600 block of Walnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 30.

Scam

A resident of the 600 block of Chestnut Street reported a scam Oct. 15, according to Emmaus police.

A resident of the 100 block of South 12th reported a scam Oct. 16, according to Emmaus police.

Found property

A set of keys was found in the unit block of South Fourth Street Oct. 21, according to Emmaus police. The keys were taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A set of earbuds was found in the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Oct. 26, according to Emmaus police. The item was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A Huffy bicycle was found in the 600 block of Chestnut Street Oct. 27, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A diaper bag was found in the unit block of North Second Street Nov. 7, according to Emmaus police. The bag was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
