Emmaus High School graduate
Christopher G. Ziegenfuss, 51, of Emmaus, died Nov. 21, 2024, in Lehigh Valley Hospital — Cedar Crest. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Deborah (Renninger) Ziegenfuss and the late Gene Ziegenfuss. He was the husband of Meghan (Kline) Ziegenfuss.
He graduated from Emmaus High School in 1992. He worked at United Tire & Auto in Emmaus for more than 20 years.
He was a member of Nimrod Fish & Wildlife Association in Alburtis, Alburtis Rod & Gun Club and Emaus Fire Co. #1. He loved to fish and boat. He loved to coach baseball and enjoyed watching baseball. He was a well-respected man in the community and spent his final moments with his loved ones.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by sons, Jacob and his wife, Rachel, Miles and Noah; grandchildren, Adalynn, Remington and Violet; brother, Daniel; sisters, Melissa Zabower, Andrea Santiago and her husband, Anthony; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Evelyn.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Nov. 30 in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., to help the family offset the cost of memorial services.
