Billy Lee Kirkpatrick, 82, of Alburtis, died Nov. 23, 2024, in St. Luke’s Hospice House.
He and his wife, Kathleen (Petrylak) Kirkpatrick, were married 20 years.
Born in Covington, Ky. he was the son of the late Margie (Grimm) Kirkpatrick.
He was a supervisor for the Dial Corp. from 1967 until he retired in 2003.
He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the American Legion, the Forty and Eight, the Moose and the Honor Guard of the American Legion, and Masonic Lodge 327 of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his wife, Kathy, he is survived by sons Jeffrey Kakaley (Amy) of Macungie, Robert Kakaley (Cindy) of Snohomish, Wash. and Michael Kakaley (Sherry) of Millville; grandchildren Harrison, Oliver, Penelope, Emma and Abby; brother-in-law James Elliot; sister-in-law Janette Taylor; and nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Michael Lee Kirkpatrick in 1981.
His service will be private.
