Registration open for gingerbread competition

Registration is open through Dec. 1 for the 22nd gingerbread competition at Kalmbach Memorial Park.

The competition will be held 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at the park, 200 Cotton St., Macungie.

Competition categories include adult, teen, youth and kids. This year’s event also includes the special theme category “Disney Comes to Macungie.” There is also a “People’s Choice Award.”
