Carol L. Hoffman, 77, of Macungie, died peacefully Nov. 13, 2024, at DevonHouse Senior Living. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late George and Lillian (Kobrovsky) Hoffman.

She was a schoolteacher in the Allentown School District for more than 30 years, teaching kindergarten and first grade at Jackson Elementary School and for most of her career at Union Terrace Elementary School until her retirement. She loved teaching and seeing the impact she had on the many students she taught.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College and earned her master’s degree from Kutztown University.

She is survived by nephew, Jason and his daughter, Becca; niece, Stephanie Hoffman-Sacks (Joel) and their daughters, Gabrielle and Samantha; many friends and former teachers with whom she worked.

She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Sheldon.

Arrangements were made by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
