After falling in the first round of the East Penn Conference playoffs, the Emmaus High School girls volleyball team was back on the court last week as the No. 3 seed for the District 11 Class 4A playoffs.
Emmaus beat Northampton 3-0 in the first round of districts last Thursday. Game scores and individual statistics from the match were not received by the Press.
The Hornets advanced to the semifinal round where they will take on No. 2 seed Parkland. The Trojans beat Emmaus 3-0 in both of two regular season meetings this fall.
