Michael Angelo Matas, 30, of Easton, has been convicted of crimes committed as part of a home invasion in April 2023.

According to Northampton County District Attorney Stephen Baratta, Matas and three other men burglarized a Bethlehem Township home around 4 a.m. April 20. Matas and another man were shot by a resident, and a fourth man evaded immediate capture but was eventually apprehended.

Matas was found guilty of burglary, robbery, and conspiracy, and faces decades in state prison, as do Francis Ferrando, Millito Delgado and Anthony Felix Santiago.
