Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

OCT. 3

Traffic stops were conducted at Laubach and Washington avenues, at East Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue, on West Ninth Street, in the unit block of West 21st Street, in the 1000, 1200 and 1400 blocks of Main Street, at Laubach Avenue and Canal Street, in the unit block of East 21st Street, at East Ninth and Main streets and at Laubach Avenue and East 14th Street.

A suspicious male in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue was reported.

Civil matters had police in the 800 and 2200 blocks of Main Street.

Police assisted a male in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

In the 1300 block of Newport Avenue, a reported fight had police at the scene.

A report of a male and two females trespassing in the 800 block of Main Street was filed with the department.

OCT. 4

Traffic stops were conducted on West Ninth Street, in the 1000, 1300, 1800 and 2000 blocks of Main Street, at West Ninth and Main streets, in the unit block of West 21st Street and the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue.

Reports of civil matters in the 800 and 2200 blocks of Main Street were investigated.

A theft of a package taken from the lobby of an apartment building in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

OCT. 5

Traffic stops were conducted in the 900 and 1800 blocks of Main Street and the 600 block of East Fourth Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male on West Ninth Street and on a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

In the 1500 block of Main Street, a report of a disturbance was handled.

An unattended death in the 400 block of East Fifth Street was investigated.

Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 1000 block of Main Street.

A civil matter in the 1800 block of Main Street was filed with the department.

OCT. 6

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1900 block of Main Street.

On West Ninth Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

A civil matter in the 1900 block of Main Street was addressed.

Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Adaire Court.

A green GT Performer bike with white on the spokes and slick (no tread) tires was taken off a front porch in the 200 block of Hollow Lane by a white male wearing a baseball cap, police said.

OCT. 7

Police assisted a male in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1300 block of Main Street.

Civil matters were addressed in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue and the 2200 block of Beil Alley.

Officers checked on the welfare of females in the 2000 block of Main Street and the 1600 block of Washington Avenue and on a male at Lincoln Avenue and East 17th Street.

Two vehicles were involved in a reportable accident in the 500 block of Main Street.

Officers responded to a report of a juvenile problem in the 1700 block of Franklin Street.

OCT. 8

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 2200 block of Beil Alley.

In the 2100 block of Washington Avenue, a report of a civil issue had police at the scene.

Officers served a warrant service at East Fourth and Main streets. A female with an outstanding warrant out of Lehigh County was taken into custody and transported to the station. She was then transported by an officer to Lehigh County Jail.

One vehicle was involved in a reportable accident at East 21st and Mill streets.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 2000 block of Canal Street.

OCT. 9

Disturbances at Clear Springs and Horwith drives and in the 1500 block of Main Street were filed with the department.

A juvenile problem in the 1500 block of Poplar Street was reported.

Criminal mischief — driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle smashed — at East Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue had police investigating.

Officers assisted a male and female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

Suspicious activity in the 900 block of Howertown Road was reported.

In the 1300 block of Newport Avenue, a report of a civil issue had police at the scene.

A domestic dispute took place in the 1000 block of Main Street.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Canal Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 2400 block of Dewey Avenue.

Police assisted a female in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue and a male at 21st and Main streets.

Members of the department checked the area in the 1200 block of Newport Avenue.
