Donations for troops accepted

Organizers will accept donations for the 19th annual Lower Macungie Township Troop Support Program through Nov. 27.

Donations are accepted 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Lower Macungie Township Community Center, 3450 Brookside Road, Macungie.

Donations of new items are welcome, including:

•Playing cards

•Board games

•Word game and crossword puzzle books

•New magazines

•Footballs

•Dryer sheets

•Batteries
