Simple assault

Thomas Matthew Jezick, 60, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 4 after an incident in the 200 block of North Second Street for alleged simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, according to Emmaus police.

Criminal trespass

Anthony Michael Lindstrom, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested for alleged criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night time and theft by unlawful taking or disposition after an incident in the 100 block of North Fourth Street Sept. 25, according to Emmaus police.

Illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock

Naquan Lamont Flowers, 35, of Macungie, was arrested Oct. 3 for allegedly illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock and obedience to traffic control devices after an incident in the area of Main Street and Klines Lane, according to Emmaus police.

Use of tobacco in schools prohibited

A 16-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited Sept. 10 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 50-year-old person, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 1 for alleged public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 600 block of Green Street, according to Emmaus police.

Disorderly conduct

A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, both of Emmaus, were cited Sept. 23 for alleged disorderly conduct after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Alburtis, was cited for alleged disorderly conduct Oct. 2 after an earlier incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Criminal mischief

James Robert Santichen III, 22, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 5 for alleged criminal mischief in excess of $1,000, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and scattering rubbish, according to Emmaus police.

A vehicle window was damaged in the 1200 block of West Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 27.

A window was vandalized at a residence in the 200 block of Cherokee Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 2.

Burglary

Someone damaged a door and removed items valued at $130 from a residence in the 100 block of Pine Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 19 and damage to the door was estimated at $1,000.

Scam

Someone swindled another person out of $869 through a social media scam, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 28.

Harassment

A 59-year-old female, of Emmaus, was cited Oct. 7 for alleged harassment after an incident in the 600 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police.

Found property

A set of keys was found Oct. 8 in the area of Ridge Street and Keystone Avenue, according to Emmaus police. The keys were taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A Galaxy cellphone was found Oct. 8 in the 400 block of Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police. The phone was taken to the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

DUI

Gabriel Robert Ayala, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 13 in the area of Harrison Street and Keystone Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals and operation of a vehicle without official certificate, according to Emmaus police.

Jeffryn Emilio Solis, 19, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 31 in the 400 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, prohibited offensive weapon, small amount of marijuana, obedience to traffic control devices and underage drinking, according to Emmaus police.

Sean Stasko, 58, of Allentown, was arrested Sept. 21 in the area of East Main Street and State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving, according to Emmaus police.

Martin Bribiesca Dominguez, 45, of Allentown, was arrested Sept. 22 in the 300 block of Main Street for allegedly driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic and drivers required to be licensed, according to Emmaus police.

Theft

A package, valued at $61.17, was removed from a residence in the 500 block of Jubilee Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 3.
