Assault

Authorities are investigating an alleged sexual assault inside Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 7.

DUI crash

A 57-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 12 with allegedly driving under the influence and a stop sign violation after a motor vehicle crash in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.

Possession of tobacco products in school

A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 5 with possession of tobacco products in school after she was allegedly observed to be in possession of a nicotine vape during a school event at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

DUI

A 22-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 10 with allegedly driving under the influence, driving without a license and driving within a lane after a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.

A 32-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 11 with allegedly driving under the influence and general lighting requirements after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.

Community justice panel

A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was referred to the community justice panel Oct. 8 for allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance inside Salisbury High School, according to Salisbury police. The teen allegedly had a vape containing tetrahydrocannabinol, according to police.

Disorderly conduct

A 17-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 9 with alleged disorderly conduct after a disturbance at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Theft

A package was removed within minutes of its delivery at a residence in the 1900 block of Earls Court, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 2.

Someone removed 12 traffic cones from a construction site near Fairfax Street and Salisbury Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 8 and the cones are valued at $300.

A package was removed from the porch of a residence in the 1200 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police. This incident was reported Oct. 11.

Criminal mischief

Someone cut a gate in the 1600 block of Constitution Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 6.

Harassment

A 51-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 12 with alleged harassment after a disturbance in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
