A 28-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 23 with alleged simple assault and harassment after a disturbance in the 1700 block of South Albert Street, according to Salisbury police.
DUI
A 34-year-old female, of Patterson, N.J., was charged Sept. 20 with allegedly driving under the influence and numerous traffic offenses after a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.
A 26-year-old male and a 40-year-old male, whose addresses were not known, were each charged Sept. 22 with allegedly driving under the influence and numerous traffic offenses following a motor vehicle accident in the 900 block of East Montgomery Street, according to Salisbury police.
Accidents involving damage
A 36-year-old male, whose address was not known, was charged Sept. 26 with alleged accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, driving vehicle at safe speed, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and careless driving after a motor vehicle accident in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.
Community justice panel
A 16-year-old male, of Allentown, was referred Sept. 17 to the community justice panel for alleged possession of a nicotine vape device at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A resident of the 1700 block of Seidersville Road learned a package was taken, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 17.
A handbag and its contents were removed from a building located in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 26.
A package was removed from a porch in the 3100 block of Birchwood Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 27.
Simple possession
A 61-year-old male, of Pottsville, was charged Sept. 17 with alleged simple possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.
