Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.
SEPT. 27
A warrant was served in the 1800 block of Center Street for a male with an active warrant out of Northampton County. He was taken into custody and transported to the station and then Northampton County Prison.
A disturbance in the 1600 block of Main Street was reported.
SEPT. 28
A reported assault in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue was investigated.
Domestic disputes were addressed in the 1500 block of Main Street and the 1300 block of Stewart Street.
At Main and Bridge streets, a traffic stop was conducted.
A theft was reported in the 3000 block of Oakland Drive. According to police, a package was taken by a Black male with shoulder-length dreadlocks, a white T-shirt, dark pants and a T-shirt covering his face; he left an empty package on the porch.
Another theft was reported in the 2900 block of Center Road. According to police, a package was taken by a Black male with shoulder-length dreadlocks, a white T-shirt, dark pants, Nike sneakers and possibly facial hair and corrective lens; he left an unmarked package on the porch.
SEPT. 29
Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1500 block of Railroad Street.
Officers assisted a male at East 10th Street and Howertown Road.
A theft of a package taken from the front porch of a residence in the 2900 block of Cherryville Road was reported.
A report of suspicious activity in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue had police at the scene.

A neighbor complaint in the 2200 block of Dewey Avenue was addressed.
In the 100 block of West 27th Street, a report of a suspicious male had officers at the scene.
Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.
A hit and run in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue took place, involving damage to the front end of a legally parked vehicle.
Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue.
Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the unit block of West Fourth Street.
A loud music complaint in the 900 block of Dewey Avenue was reported.

Domestic disputes in the 2200 block of Main Street and the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue were reported.
Police assisted a female in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.
A suspected DUI at Franklin and West 19th streets was investigated.

Traffic stops were conducted in the unit block of Main Street, at East First Street and Washington Avenue, in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue and the unit block of West 21st Street.
Unwanted males in the 100 block of Frank Drive and the 1600 block of Main Street were reported.
A report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Main Street was investigated.
A report of credit card fraud in the 1700 block of Main Street had police at the scene.
Officers assisted males in the 800 and 2200 blocks of Main Street.
