Article V — District Attorney
Shall the electorate of Northampton County approve a change in the Northampton County Home Rule Charter Article V, District Attorney, Section 501 to impose term limits on the district attorney of Northampton County commencing with the term of office which begins in January of 2028?
In simpler terms, this question asks voters if the role of district attorney should be limited to four consecutive terms.

Shall the electorate of Chapman Borough approve a change to the number of members on the Council for the Borough of Chapman to be reduced from seven (7) members to three (3) members?
In simpler terms, Chapman Borough Council presently has seven members. The question asks if voters would reduce the number of members to three.
