Calling all freshmen, sophomores and juniors — Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley and sign up today to become a “Big” and befriend a “Little” in need of an extra positive role model and mentor. You don’t have to be a superhero, and it doesn’t take much; you just need to be willing to spend time together, enjoy some laughs and be a friend.
The mentoring program is where volunteer high school students (Bigs) are matched with elementary school students (Littles) to develop a friendship and be a role model. Bigs complete an application and enrollment interview and are paired with a Little at one of the elementary schools.
You will meet once a week with your Little 2-2:45 p.m. During their time together, Bigs and Littles will play games, help with schoolwork and engage in conversation.
Freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to participate. Give your name to the counseling office if interested. Limited spots are available.

Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Nov. 25. Reach out to your child’s teacher through Dojo to schedule a time.

If students want to purchase extra items during lunch, they must have money in their account. This can be done through MySchoolBucks.
If you do not have an account and send in cash, make sure it is in a labeled envelope with the child’s name and amount. The child can give this to their teacher, and the school will add it to your child’s account. If it is lost or change/cash without a label, it will not be accepted at the main office.

Parents/guardians are responsible to monitor their child’s device off school hours. Please be aware and check what your child is searching on their Chromebook. The device is managed by Goguardian while on Whitehall-Coplay School District’s Wi-Fi but not when they are off WCSD’s Wi-Fi.
