Bath: Cantata rehearsals underway
Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, is calling all voices. Rehearsals for this year’s cantata — Glorious Light of Christmas — have begun.
The cantata is open to anyone, and rehearsals are 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays and/or 10 a.m. Saturdays through Thanksgiving. Practice tracks will be available for at-home learning. Detailed copies of the rehearsal schedule are available.
The performance is set for 2 p.m. Dec. 15.

East Bath Rod and Gun Club, 7905 Township Line Road, will be holding a block shoot and turkey raffle 1-4 p.m. Nov. 3. There will be turkey and gun raffle tickets available at the door.
This event is open to the public.

Chapman Quarries United Methodist Church, 1433 Main St., will be having a indoor fall festival 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 9 with yard sale items, crafters, baked goods and more.

Petersville Rod and Gun Club, 550 Club Road, will start all-you-can-eat breakfasts Nov. 10. Come between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a delicious breakast; there will be something for everyone. Children under age 5 eat for free.
Petersville is also looking for a cook to work from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
In addition, hall and pavilion rentals are available.

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, will have a mystery bingo Nov. 10. The doors open 11:30 a.m., and bingo begins 1 p.m.
There will be 20 games and five specials, 50/50 and raffle. The kitchen will be open.
The event is BYOB.
Kitchen sales benefit Klecknersville Rangers, and bingo benefits Moore Township Community Days.

Bath Area Food Bank will next distribute food Nov. 12, starting around 9:30 a.m., on the lower level of St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St.
Attention, all food bank customers — do not arrive before 9:30 a.m. for safety reasons.

Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township, will hold wreath class workshops 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., both Nov. 30, and 1-4 p.m. Dec. 1.
All supplies are provided. There will be coffee, tea and soft drinks, but BYOB for more.
