St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 8142 Valley View Road, Seemsville, will be hosting a cash bingo Nov. 3. Doors open 11:30 a.m., and games start 1 p.m.

There will be 24 games for a cost, and there is an additional fee for extra boards.

Horner’s Cemetery Historical Society thanks everyone who came out to Tales from Tombstones. It was the second-best event to date, the society said.

The weather was beautiful, and people enthusiastically asked questions and engaged in conversations regarding the historic characters buried there.
