Joseph M. Daday, M.D., 71, of Bethlehem, died Oct. 10, 2024, at Holy Family Manor. He was a son of the late Joseph and Helen (Hayas) Daday. He was the husband of Ann Michele (Dean) Daday for 45 years.
He graduated from Bethlehem Catholic HS. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a doctorate from Temple.
He practiced family medicine for 46 years.
He was a parishioner of Saint Simon and Jude parish.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Order of Malta and a Knight of the Order of the Holy Sepulcher. He was actively involved in Boy Scouts and was an Eagle Scout.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five adopted children: four biological siblings, Helen Huston, Marie Kristine Daday, Christopher Daday and Jonathan Daday; and Michael Daday; a brother, James Daday and wife Beth; five grandchildren, Dominic, Isaiah, Curtis , Juliana and Damon; a niece, Ashley; and a nephew, Brandon.
