Lehigh Township Historical Society will be hosting Genealogy Basics: Getting Started 12:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 787 Almond Road, Indianland.

Local genealogist Justine Brazina Bachman will explain how you can get started researching your family tree.

The schoolhouse will be open to visitors from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
