Marie A. Facinelli, 94, of Bethlehem, died October 13, 2024. Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Antonio S. and Congetta (Capaldo) Garganta. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Facinelli.

She was a 1948 graduate of Liberty HS and a graduate of Bethlehem Business College.

She was the librarian at Sacred Heart School, Miller Heights.

She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township.

She is survived by four children, James R. (Jackie) of Dunedin, Florida; Anthony W. (Gail) of Bethlehem, John M. (Michele) of Nazareth and Francine M. (Anthony) Dippolito of Allentown; three siblings, Sister Francine Garganta OSF of Bethlehem, Congetta Pereira of Hellertown and Gloria Jean Garganta of Hellertown; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by five siblings, Pasqualina, Antonio, John A., Albert R. and Elva M. Amelio.
