Local media representatives named winners in the Allentown Fair grape stomping contest

On Sept. 1, two teams, The Media and The Movers and Shakers, gathered to test their skills as grape stompers.
The event was one of many held at this year’s Great Allentown Fair though this could be considered one of the messier ones.
Winners are determined by the volume of grape juice they create from stomping around in an open barrel using only their bare feet.
This year’s contest was won by the Media team comprised of Judith Harris, LehighValleyNews.com reporters Brian Myszkowski and Mackenzie Christman, B104 Radio Personality Mike Kelly, Laurie Wuchter, Lehigh Valley Press Editor Debbie Palmieri, Mandy Schnell, Elliott Honchell, and B104 Radio Personality Becca Lynn.
