103rd Bethlehem Halloween parade, 2 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the parade will be postponed to Sunday, Nov. 3. Parade begins on West Broad Street and Ninth Avenue and continues east on Broad and south on Main Street, concluding on Main and Spring streets.
