Edward C. Beitler, 75, from Fogelsville, died on Oct. 11, 2024, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the widower of Nancy M. (Braun) Beitler.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Clifford and Dorothy (Grim) Beitler.

A technician for Sappi Fine Paper, Fogelsville, for 20 years, he previously was a supervisor at the former Caloric Corp., Topton, for 15 years.

He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Fogelsville.

He honorably served in the U.S. Army.

He enjoyed frequent trips to Disney World and loved watching all the Philadelphia sports teams.

He also enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool and planting flowers.

His survivors include sisters Lucille Hyrowich and her husband, Wayne, of Fogelsville, and Denise Stoudt and her husband, Richard, of Kutztown; and nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Oct. 18 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Interment will be private.
