The Haunted Hayride in the Parkway continues 7-11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday in October at the Whitehall Parkway, 4689 S. Church St. All proceeds benefit the Whitehall Fire Department.

The Whitehall High School varsity football team will be taking on the Parkland High School Trojans Oct. 18 at Parkland. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.

Come out and support the Zephyrs, and enjoy some exciting football action.

The Whitehall Township annual Halloween parade is set for 7 p.m. Oct. 24.

The parade is staged in the Whitehall High School parking lot, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, and winds through the campus roads, ending at the Schadt Avenue Park and Playground.

Stop by and enjoy this fun fall festivity!

Trick-or-treat night is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Oct. 25 in Whitehall Township. If you wish to distribute treats to the neighborhood children, turn on your porch light.

Drivers, be extra cautious in our neighborhood as the children enjoy this fun event.

The rain date for trick or treat is Oct. 26.
