MaryAlice Hartranft

of Catasauqua

MaryAlice Hartranft, 59, of Catasauqua, died peacefully at home Oct. 11, 2024, with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Duke Hartranft for 31 years.

Born and raised in Plymouth, she was a daughter of the late Edmund A. and RoseMary (Dvoroznak) Dillon Jr.

She was a channel account customer planner for 33 years at Just Born Inc.

She was an active member of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Catasauqua, where she taught CCD classes and volunteered at church fundraising events.

She was a former school board member for the Catasauqua Area School District.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Kyle with Morgan and Dillon, all of Catasauqua; a grandson, Cannon of Catasauqua; 11 siblings, Cathy Delaney with Rick Russo of Dallas, Maureen Dillon of Hanover Township, Sharon Prymock with Randy of Trexlertown, Karen Kratz with Ron Daniels of Dallas, Rose Kuscavage with Len Paczkowski of Nanticoke, Trish Timinski with Joe of Dupont, Colleen Dillon of Plymouth, Jim Dillon with Karen of Plymouth, Matt Dillon with Ann Marie of Exeter, Michelle Roberts with Bob of Wilkes-Barre and Sean Dillon with Nicole of Dallas; 11 nieces and nephews; eight grandnieces and grandnephews; friends; and extended family members.

There will be a calling time 9-10:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m., Oct. 17 at the church, 122 W. Union St., Catasauqua.
