Elizabeth F. Ramos, 95, of Coplay, died Oct. 5, 2024, at her home. She was the wife of George P. “Pineapple” Ramos Jr.

Born in Freemansburg, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Martha (Finley) Holderman.

She was a graduate of Whitehall High School.

She was a button holer for the garment industry in Northampton.

She is survived by two sons, George P. III and wife Virginia J. and Francis “Butch” Sommer; seven grandchildren, Krysta, Autumn Fink and Ronald Jr., Patrick, Zachary, Frank and Tim Sommer; and four great-grandchildren and one on the way.

She was predeceased by a son, Ronald Sommer; and siblings.

There will be calling times 6-8 p.m. Oct. 17 and 10-11 a.m. Oct. 18 at the funeral home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay. A service will be held 11 a.m. Oct. 18 at the funeral home.
