Assault

A 62-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested for domestic assault after he allegedly shoved another person to the ground, causing the person’s head to strike the floor and result in an injury, during an argument at a residence in the 900 block of Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:07 p.m. Aug. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI crash

A 35-year-old male, of Jim Thorpe, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a three-vehicle crash in the area of Spring Creek Road and Farmington Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:28 p.m. Aug. 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

A 40-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly was driving under the influence in the 400 block of Chestnut Street, Emmaus borough, 3:35 a.m. Aug. 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 45-year-old male, of Whitehall, allegedly was driving under the influence in the 4200 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 8:19 p.m. Aug. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 33-year-old male, of Macungie, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 a.m. July 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 49-year-old male, of Allentown, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the area of the 4700 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 1:03 a.m. June 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 40-year-old female, of Easton, was allegedly driving under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance near the area of Chestnut and North Eighth streets in Emmaus borough 8:25 a.m. June 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 32-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the area of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:21 a.m. July 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Retail theft

A 36-year-old male, of Alburtis, was charged with retail theft after allegedly attempting to remove a GO E TRAX electric bicycle from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:30 a.m. Aug. 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A male and a female worked together to allegedly conceal and remove beauty products with a total value of $2,900 from retailer Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Someone removed items with a total value of $101.97 from Weis Markets, 3440 Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Items removed included a red Weis Markets shopping basket, valued at $38, a 12 pack of Twisted Tea hard iced tea, valued at $41.98 and a Twisted Tea hard ice tea party pouch, valued at $21.99, according to authorities.

A 51-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly removed beauty products and food, with a total value of $180.50, from retailer Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:34 p.m. Sept. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Open lewdness

A 51-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody for open lewdness after he allegedly removed his pants and urinated near a bus stop in the 700 block of North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:11 p.m. Sept. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Drug possession

A 21-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly had marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop in the area of Harrison Street near Sixth Street in Emmaus borough 1:16 a.m. June 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 16-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly had marijuana on her when troopers found her while investigating a report of a runaway from a location along Sweet Meadow Court, Lower Macungie Township, 6:18 p.m. Aug. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old female, of Barto, allegedly had marijuana and drug paraphernalia with her when troopers arrived to investigate a report of a disturbance in the 4900 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 9:48 p.m. Aug. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft from vehicle

A vehicle license registration plate was removed from a sedan while it was parked in the 6900 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 11:46 a.m. Aug. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The license plate was removed while the vehicle’s owner was shopping nearby, according to authorities.

Altered checks

A resident of Oxford Place, Macungie, learned a check was altered and cashed for $1,400.79, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Aug. 9.

A resident of Sequoia Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned a check for $11.01 was stolen and washed of information, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported July 18.
