Whitehall’s cross country team traveled to Nazareth where they took on the Blue Eagles along with Northampton and Easton on Sept. 24.

“Tons of PRs (personal records) on both sides, including some big ones from Aiden Borkenhagen, Marli Jacobus, Habib Leyos, Jackson Rozycki, and more,” Coach Brandon Hampton reported after the meet.

In the girls race, Jacobus placed 31st with a time of 22:22.

Isabelle Daigle was 57th with a time of 25:01, Felicity Coulthard came in 58th in 25:03, and Kathy Chen was 59th in 25:05.

Holly Kotch finished in 62nd place in 25:23, Janelle Kies was 75th in 26:49, and Marissa Gaudiuso was 76th in 26:50.

The Zephyr girls lost a close meet to Northampton, 22-33.

Nazareth and Easton topped the Zephyr girls, 15-49, and 15-50, respectively.

In the boys race, Borkenhagen placed 49th in 18:58, Leyos was 53rd in 19:05, and Rozycki came in 60th in 19:31.

Zarius Sabater finished in 71st place with a time of 19:56, Kihan Resto Melendez was 88th in 20:47, and Sebastian Zaiter came in 91st in 20:52.

The Zephyr boys added to their win column with a 15-50 victory over Northampton.

Nazareth and Easton won against the Zephs, 15-50.
