The library will host a yoga-themed storytime, presented by Lovely Little Lotus. Youth ages 6-10 will meet 5 p.m. Oct. 7, and tots ages 2-5 meet 10 a.m. Oct. 17.

Fall storytimes have begun. Register your child for one of our sessions.

Preschool storytime, for ages 37 months to kindergarten, will be held 11 a.m. Tuesdays or 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays, and toddler storytime, for ages 12-36 months, will be 11 a.m. Thursdays.

The Zoellner Arts Center will hold a theater storytime for toddlers through first-graders 11 a.m. Oct. 15. They’ll share the story of Rumpelstiltskin.

The Creation Station: Paper Marbling program is set for 6 p.m. Oct. 16. Kids in grades 3-6 can learn art and science and do wondrous things.

Kathy Baker, from AARP and United Healthcare, will present Medicare and supplemental insurance information at Medicare Basics 11 a.m. Oct. 19.

The library’s fall basket raffle is scheduled for Oct. 25-Nov. 2. The library is currently accepting donations of gift cards, filled baskets or items for baskets that we’ll build for you.

Ticket presale began Sept. 30.

The library is participating in Friends Helping Friends. Donate $5 at our front desk and receive a 25% saving pass to be used at Boscov’s Oct. 22.

The library has a number of clubs that meet monthly.

The book club for adults meets 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. Come discuss what you’re currently reading.

The coloring club for adults meets 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays and 5:30-7:30 p.m. the first Tuesday.

The Good Yarn group meets for knitting, crocheting and other needle crafts 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month.

Teens interested in volunteering can join the Teen Advisory Board. Meetings are 1:30 p.m. one Saturday a month.
