Gia Olds cheerfully reminds voters there is still time to register to vote. You can register online at vote.pa.gov. by Oct. 21. The last day to register for a mail-in ballot is Oct. 29 and the general election is Nov. 5 where polls will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
